In therapy, we focus on understanding anxiety through a nervous-system-informed lens. This means we don’t just talk about stress. We work on helping your body feel safer, more regulated, and less stuck in vigilance.

You do not need to be in crisis to start therapy. If you’re functioning but exhausted, that’s enough.

This is a collaborative, supportive space to slow down, build awareness, and develop tools that actually fit real life.
