  • In therapy, we focus on understanding anxiety through a nervous-system-informed lens. This means we don’t just talk about stress. We work on helping your body feel safer, more regulated, and less stuck in vigilance.

  • You do not need to be in crisis to start therapy. If you’re functioning but exhausted, that’s enough.

  • This is a collaborative, supportive space to slow down, build awareness, and develop tools that actually fit real life.
